Cone-shaped volcanic formations rise like a ghost city from the high desert of the Pajarito Plateau. Managed cooperatively with Cochiti Pueblo, Tent Rocks is fewer than 5,000 acres, so small that any boundary adjustment could gut one of the most visually extraordinary landscapes in the Southwest.
