Here’s what a claim does today, and what it doesn’t yet.
- A person reads itYour claim goes to a short list at More Than Just Parks. Someone reads it and writes back to the address you give us.
- We check it’s youWe look at whether your work email comes from your organization’s own website domain. It’s a check by hand, not an automatic one.
- Tell us what’s wrong or missingCurrent campaigns, a change in leadership, the best way for supporters to help. An editor checks each change against a source before it goes on the page.
- What isn’t built yetThere’s no self-serve editor, and a claim doesn’t add a verified mark to your page today. Both are on the build list.
No cost and no advertising. A claim never changes where your group shows up, and nothing you send replaces a figure from an IRS filing or a court record: those stay as the source has them.
