THIS INCLUDES THE RETURNING RAPIDS PROJECT WHICH WORKS TO BRING SCIENTISTS AND STAKEHOLDERS INTO AREAS OF CATARACT CANYON AND THE SAN JUAN RIVER THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY GLEN CANYON DAM.
