The work
What they do
Trail building and restoration on Colorado’s 54 fourteeners, most on USFS and BLM lands. Volunteer crews and professional trail workers address heavy foot traffic.
Every year they sign one sentence and file it with the federal government: “TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE NATURAL INTEGRITY OF COLORADO'S 14,000 FOOT PEAKS THROUGH ACTIVE STEWARDSHIP AND PUBLIC EDUCATION.”
