Department of the Army, Corps of EngineersFederal Register 2026-10218 ↗
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to deauthorize a list of water resources development projects that haven't moved forward, as required by the Water Resources Development Act. It's opening a 90-day public comment period so stakeholders can weigh in before any projects are officially removed from authorized status. This could affect communities, local governments, and conservation groups that have an interest in any of the listed water infrastructure projects.
