The applicant is requesting authorization for an additional 10 years for the continued deposition of suitable artificial reef material at the eight (8) previously authorized artificial reef sites identified as A1, A2, B, C1, C2, C3, E1 and E2. The depth of clearance ranges from 6 to 40 feet. The artificial reefs deployed range in size from small (500 lbs, 6' wide by 4' tall) concrete modules to large (multi-ton, +400' length by 50' wide by 60' tall) steel or ferrous and aluminum alloy metal hulled vessel-reefs.
