Nothing is open on this one today. It is a place the Corps keeps an eye on, so we see the paperwork the day it lands.
Nobody can photograph seabed miles down. Shoot what you can: the water you fish and dive from shore or boat, its clarity and color, and your day's catch, dated. Locals notice cloudy water and thin catches first.
The Outer Continental Shelf surrounding the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands encompasses deep-sea Pacific marine ecosystems and seabed habitats. BOEM has published a Proposed Leasing Notice for Pacific Mineral Lease Sale 2 (PACM-2), which would open the area to competitive bidding for seabed mineral extraction rights.
Nobody is asking you to go here today. We watch this place so that the day a decision opens on it, the people who already know it hear the same week. If you are out here anyway, what you photograph now is worth more later than anything taken after the paperwork lands.
More Than Just Parks doesn’t direct where you go or what you do. Terms.
